Description: Participants will learn how to teach music composition from rhythm to solfege with lyrics. Then the melody and lyrics will be entered into NoteFlight, a free music notation program on the internet. These modeling skills can be used with second thru fifth grade and encompass form. The software allows students to have a finished, professional looking product that they can hear as they write.
